Why it earned a place in the Rejuva Sole catalog: The Brooks Ghost Max 3 is a research-reviewed neutral walking and running shoe that pairs high-stack cushioning with a broad platform and a smooth rocker transition.
- Best for: Neutral walkers who want protective cushioning, a broad base, and room for a compatible orthotic
- Cushioning: Plush DNA LOFT v3 cushioning
- Stability: Stable-feeling neutral platform; no GuideRails or medial-post correction
- Heel-to-toe drop: 6 mm
- Widths: Women’s Medium, Wide, and Extra Wide; men’s Medium, Wide, and Extra Wide
Fit and safety note: The tall stack and GlideRoll rocker can feel unfamiliar or unsafe for people who shuffle, catch the toe, or struggle with balance. Width does not equal extra depth, and a bulky AFO may not fit. Test starts, stops, turns, and your exact orthotic indoors near stable support.
Review status: Research-based evaluation by Tammy; not personally wear-tested.
